Role Description The Executive – Client Relationship is a full time role responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with assigned clients. This is a hybrid position based in South Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home as per business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their media research and monitoring needs,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. The role involves preparing and presenting reports, handling client queries, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and client satisfaction. The Executive will also support account growth initiatives, contribute to proposal development, and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and project status.
