Role Description: We are looking for a results-driven Cyber Security Sales Practice Head with 10-12 years of Experience to own the revenue growth and go-to-market strategy for ISECURION's cybersecurity services portfolio, including VAPT, GRC, SOC/MDR,



and security advisory. The ideal candidate will build and lead the sales practice, develop enterprise and government relationships, drive pipeline and closures, and
work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure credible, profitable, and well-
scoped engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Strategy & Revenue Ownership
• Define and execute the sales strategy, annual revenue targets, and go-to-market plan
for the cybersecurity practice
• Own the sales P&L; for the practice, including pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and
margin discipline
• Identify recent market segments, verticals, and service offerings aligned with customer
demand and the company's capabilities
Business Development & Key Accounts
• Drive new customer acquisition across BFSI, healthcare, IT/ITES, manufacturing, and
government/PSU sectors
• Build and manage senior-level relationships with CISOs, CIOs,
