About the Role
We're looking for an exceptionally talented Graphic Designer with an outstanding eye for aesthetics, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to turn creative briefs into exceptional design.
You'll work closely with our Creative Director, who will provide high-level creative direction. From there, we expect you to take ownership — think independently, solve design challenges, and deliver outstanding work without constant supervision.

What You'll Do
• Translate creative briefs into visually compelling, polished designs.
• Own the design process from concept to final execution.
• Design beautiful, intuitive website interfaces, landing pages, presentations, and digital experiences.
• Create motion graphics and animations that elevate the creative output.
• Work with the Creative Director to bring ideas to life with minimal hand-holding.
• Maintain exceptional attention to typography, composition, colour, spacing, and visual consistency.
• Work across different creative formats and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
What We're Looking For
• Exceptional aesthetic sensibility: An instinctive understanding of what makes design beautiful.
• Strong UI design skills: Ability to create sophisticated, visually engaging digital interfaces. UX knowledge is a plus.
• Independent creative thinking: Someone who can understand a brief, crack it, and execute it end-to-end.
• Obsessive attention to detail: Nothing goes out unless it's pixel-perfect.
• Technical versatility: Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools such as After Effects.
• Web design capability: Experience with Framer or the ability and willingness to learn it quickly.
