Role Description The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with truckers, fleet owners, and other customers using BlackBuck’s platform. This full-time, on-site role based in Chandauli involves daily interaction with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues,



and ensure a smooth experience across services such as load booking, payments, and financing support. The role includes explaining product features, guiding customers through digital processes, collecting feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality. The Customer Relationship Officer will also support basic sales and upselling activities, help drive customer retention, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
Qualifications

• Ability to manage business relationships, with skills in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service.
• Basic understanding of Finance to support customers on payment, billing, and financing-related queries.
• Solid Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with diverse customer groups.
• Exposure to Sales activities, including explaining product benefits and supporting upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
