Role Description: We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary development of an upcoming premium Pure Vegetarian Modern Indian restaurant in Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Modern Indian cuisine, menu development,



recipe standardisation, food costing, kitchen SOPs, team building, plating and operational consistency.

Experience with premium casual dining, fine dining or multi-outlet restaurant brands will be preferred.

This role also offers an opportunity to contribute to the future expansion of the brand and development of scalable kitchen systems across multiple outlets.
