Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Representative will engage with customers in retail and project segments, present product features and advantages, and provide guidance on suitable solutions from partner brands. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, making sales visits, following up with prospects, preparing quotations, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships,



coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and keeping accurate records of inquiries, sales activities, and market feedback. The Sales Representative is expected to stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends to support effective selling and customer service.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for preparing quotations, maintaining sales reports, and managing customer data.
• Ability to understand technical and product specifications for home solutions, electrical items, and lighting products.
