Role Description The Assistant role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajasthan, India. The Assistant will support day-to-day operations, including managing documentation, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities may include handling customer queries, maintaining records in systems, scheduling meetings, and assisting with follow-up on tasks and approvals.
