Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist, APEC supports recruitment delivery across Asia Pacific excluding China through a blend of proactive sourcing, talent mapping, candidate engagement, recruitment operations, reporting, and process improvement. The role independently manages assigned sourcing and coordination activities, partners with recruiters and hiring stakeholders across multiple markets, and provides data-informed talent insights to support current and future hiring needs.

Based in Gurgaon, the Specialist works across APEC time zones and contributes to a consistent, productive, and positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality,



or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Typically 3 or more years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple vacancies, stakeholders, or markets in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate databases, job boards, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Hospitality, travel, shared-services, or another customer-focused industry background is advantageous.

Talent Sourcing, Mapping and Pipeline Management

• Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to clarify role requirements, target profiles, search priorities, and expected timelines.
