About the role

We’re looking for an Amazon Marketing Specialist to own advertising execution and drive sales growth across our portfolio of consumer brands.
You will manage campaigns, identify opportunities at a SKU level and work with account management, content and operations teams to improve visibility, conversion and advertising efficiency. The initial focus is Amazon India, with opportunities to support international marketplaces as the business expands.

What you’ll do
Advertising and campaign management
• Plan, launch and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Manage keyword research, product targeting, bids, budgets, search-term harvesting and negative targeting.
• Develop advertising plans for product launches, priority SKUs, promotions and major sale events.
• Allocate budgets according to performance, product economics,



and stock availability.

Visibility and conversion improvement
• Identify improvements to product titles, bullet points, images, A+ Content and Brand Stores.
• Provide actionable briefs to content and design teams.
• Analyse customer search behaviour, competitor positioning and customer feedback.
• Recommend pricing, coupon and promotion opportunities in coordination with account managers.

Analysis and growth planning
• Track total sales, advertising sales, spend, ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, CPC, CTR and conversion rates.
• Diagnose performance changes and turn findings into specific corrective actions.
• Maintain testing plans with clear hypotheses, budgets, and success measures.
• Prepare weekly performance updates and monthly growth plans with clearly stated assumptions.

• Manage multiple brand accounts with consistent optimisation routines and documentation.
