We are looking for a Business Development Manager with proven experience in non-IT contract staffing sales and new client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new corporate clients and generate staffing business.
• Drive end-to-end sales, negotiations and closures.
• Secure contract staffing mandates across blue, grey and white-collar roles.
• Own revenue, billing and business growth targets.

Requirements:
• 4–8 years in staffing business development.
• Contract staffing sales experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record of current client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of staffing commercials and margins.

Candidates with only IT staffing, recruitment delivery or permanent recruitment experience will not be considered.
