Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Meerut, responsible for driving the overall marketing vision and growth strategy for Son of Swaad. This role oversees brand positioning,



integrated marketing campaigns, and performance marketing across digital and offline channels to increase customer footfall and franchise expansion. The CMO will lead market research initiatives, analyze consumer behavior and competitive trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans and promotional activities. Daily responsibilities include managing the marketing team, coordinating with sales and operations, guiding public relations and brand communication, and ensuring consistent messaging across all outlets and franchise partners. The CMO is also expected to monitor key marketing KPIs, optimize budgets, and report regularly to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness and growth opportunities.
