About the Role
Intellipaat is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through high-performing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and data-driven growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Own key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and scale successful campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, Sales, Product,



and Business teams to improve campaign performance and conversions.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, audience behavior, and emerging digital acquisition channels.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization to achieve business targets.
• Track and analyze the complete marketing funnel using relevant analytics and attribution tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.
• Experiment with new channels, audiences, campaign formats, and acquisition strategies.

Required Skills & Experience
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Candidates with prior EdTech experience will be strongly preferred.
• Experience in B2C lead generation and performance marketing will be an added advantage.
