Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to lead school acquisition and expand Beyond Mentor’s presence across Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with school management teams, and driving revenue through partnerships with schools.

Key Responsibilities• School Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire schools across Chennai for career counselling programs,



Career Labs, and related educational services.
• Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and other business development channels.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, directors, trustees, and management teams.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Meetings & Presentations: Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to communicate the value of Beyond Mentor’s career guidance solutions.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, follow up with prospects, and close school partnership agreements.
