Position Overview
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) and Oncology product lines.



This leader will drive business growth through strategic partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic chains, and clinicians, while building and leading a high-performing national sales team. The position will report to Country Director, India.

Key Responsibilities
• Create a partnership and CoE (Centre of Excellence) model for NIPT, Cancer Screening & MRD with key teaching institutes, hospitals, leading labs, diagnostic centres, and corporate accounts
• Develop and implement the national sales strategy for NIPT and Oncology NGS-based MRD & MCED portfolios.
• Drive business expansion and revenue growth through strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic networks.
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales and KAM team across key regions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), OB/GYNs, oncologists, and lab directors.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and recent business opportunities.
