Team: A bunch of copywriters who need someone to look up to (and occasionally look over their shoulders)

Work week: 5 days. Weekends remain sacred.

The ask
• Lead and mentor copywriters who are already good, and make them dangerous
• Find the idea first and the line second
• Name things, position things and write taglines people repeat at dinner
• Walk into client meetings and ask that one question that makes the room go quiet and the work go up
• Work with Strategy, Design and Account without starting a cold war
