JOB OVERVIEW:
The Head of Global Business Shared Services would lead Order to cash , Procure to pay , Master data management , Record to report and Quality for Piramal Pharma India and Global.
Would be accountable for delivery of business services at contracted levels, with Robust governance for service management. Ensure smooth operations at world class levels of cost, quality, and productivity. Create a winning culture that is focused on competence, collaboration with business partners, and delivering business impact.

Will report to - CFO
Team size – 13 direct (overall team size 90+)

QUALIFICATION: CA Must

EXPERIENCE:
Overall, 20+ years experience
Minimum 8-10 years in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation leadership roles.
Experience managing large teams and multi-location operations.
Pharma, Manufacturing, FMCG, Healthcare, Chemicals, or Global Capability Center experience preferred.
