Role Description The Production Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur. The role involves planning and overseeing daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets. Responsibilities include allocating work to production staff, monitoring equipment performance, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. The Production Incharge will maintain production records, optimize resource utilization, manage inventory of raw materials and packaging, and support continuous improvement in processes.



The role also requires training and guiding team members, enforcing workplace safety, and reporting production status and issues to management.
Qualifications

• Strong production planning and coordination skills, including the ability to schedule, prioritize, and monitor daily manufacturing activities.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality standards, and hygiene practices, preferably in a regulated food industry environment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance, with the ability to implement and oversee protected work practices on the shop floor.
• Experience with basic inventory management, material handling, and documentation of production data and reports.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities, including supervising staff, delegating tasks, and resolving operational issues.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with
