Hiring: Customer Sales Executive

Evoke Tattoo Studio is looking for a Customer Sales Executive to join our team.

This role involves managing leads, handling conversations, follow-up calls, fresh chats, incoming calls, and client coordination for tattoo and piercing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Handling fresh leads from Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and calls
Replying to client queries in a clear, engaging, and skilled manner
Managing tattoo and piercing-related inquiries over calls and chats
Following up on pending inquiries and scheduled calls
Managing basic client coordination and appointment bookings
Requirements
Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
Strong understanding of sales and client handling
Prior experience in sales, BPO, or outbound calling is mandatory
Comfortable speaking with clients over calls and chats

No prior knowledge or experience in tattoos or body art is required — training will be provided.

Job Details
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
Full-time role
1 weekly off
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
