Role Overview

We are looking for Client Services professionals with 3–6 years of experience in Events, Exhibitions, Experiential Marketing and BTL Activations.
The role involves managing client relationships, driving new business opportunities and working with internal teams to deliver creative, impactful and commercially viable brand experiences.

Experience

• Experience in client servicing and business development within Events, Exhibitions, Experiential and BTL.
• Solid understanding of event planning, production and execution.




• Experience in managing client accounts, pitches, proposals and commercial estimates.
• Exposure to multi-city events, brand activations and experiential campaigns.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term client partnerships.

Role

• Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into creative and executable solutions.
• Lead client pitches, presentations, proposals and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with creative, production and operations teams for seamless project delivery.
• Take ownership of projects from briefing to execution and closure.
• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion.
• Ensure timely client communication, reporting, approvals and payment follow-ups.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and emerging experiential formats.
