We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong experience designing and building scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and cloud-native architectures. This role will play a key part in shaping both frontend and backend solutions for our contemporary eCommerce platform, improving system reliability, application performance, API integration, and secure enterprise-grade digital experiences. You’ll work closely with Product, UX, backend and frontend engineering, architecture, and QA teams to translate business and design requirements into responsive, maintainable, and scalable applications. We’re seeking someone who can contribute hands-on across the stack, solve complex engineering problems, and influence technical decisions that support long-term platform growth.

What You’ll Be Doing: · Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript patterns. · Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, reusable UI components,



and integration patterns that support reliable eCommerce experiences. · Define architecture patterns across frontend and backend systems, including microservices, API gateways, distributed workflows, and micro frontend approaches where applicable. · Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to translate user journeys, business requirements, and technical needs into robust solutions. · Integrate applications with messaging systems and event-driven platforms such as Kafka, Solace, Azure Event Hub, or similar technologies. · Champion engineering best practices including code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, accessibility, security, and performance optimization. · Guide junior engineers and participate in architecture reviews, system design discussions, capacity planning, and technical decision-making.
