Key Responsibilities :-
• Develop and execute production plans based on sales forecasts, demand, and business priorities.
• Ensure timely completion of production as per the approved production plan.
• Monitor daily production performance and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Optimize production capacity, manpower utilization, and machine efficiency.




• Plan and monitor raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and reduce inventory ageing and work-in-progress (WIP).
• Manage relationships with vendors, karigars, and manufacturing partners to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
• Drive cost optimization by controlling material wastage, labour costs, and production expenses.
• Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and minimize rejection and rework.
• Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales teams for smooth production execution.
• Monitor product costing and recommend process improvements to enhance profitability.
• Establish and implement SOPs to improve production efficiency and standardize operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
