Role Description The Telesales Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for engaging prospective and existing clients via phone and digital channels. The role involves identifying business needs, presenting suitable consulting and promotion services, and converting leads into qualified opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries,



explaining service offerings clearly, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The Telesales Consultant will collaborate with the business development team, follow up on leads, support client onboarding, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Sales and Sales Consulting skills to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, handle queries, and manage client relationships professionally.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support client understanding of services and assist in onboarding where needed.
• Relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development, preferably working with small and medium enterprises.
