Role Description This is a full time, on-site Account Executive role based in Chennai. The Account Executive will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, processing invoices, maintaining ledgers, and supporting month-end and year-end closing. The role involves preparing basic financial reports, coordinating with internal teams and clients on accounting queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.



The Account Executive will also assist in reconciliations, documentation, and follow-up on outstanding payments, contributing to accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, with experience in bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel), with the ability to manage data accurately and efficiently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
• High level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
