Role Description The Account Manager role at Airtel Business is a full time, on-site position based in Mathura. The Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of business customers by building strong relationships, understanding their requirements,



and recommending suitable connectivity and technology solutions. Responsibilities include achieving sales and revenue targets, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with internal teams for solution design and service delivery, and monitoring account performance and customer satisfaction. The role also involves regular customer meetings, handling escalations, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting systems. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure timely implementation, renewals, and long-term retention of key accounts.
