Role Description The Strategic Partnerships Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing partnerships with financial institutions, asset sourcing partners, technology providers, and key ecosystem stakeholders.



The position involves conducting market and competitor analysis, building and maintaining a pipeline of potential partners, leading negotiations, and structuring mutually beneficial partnership agreements. The Executive will work closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to design partnership models, ensure smooth onboarding, and track performance against agreed metrics. Day-to-day activities include relationship management, preparing presentations and proposals, representing VittaGems at industry events, and providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
