Alive (Alchemist Live) is the live events and IP vertical of Alchemist, conceptualizing, building, and scaling large-format cultural properties, live music concerts, and premium festival IPs across India.
Alive owns marquee intellectual properties including the Delhi Theatre Festival, Bangalore Theatre Festival, and Hyderabad Theatre Festival, alongside curated live music concerts and performing arts experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
1. End-to-End Marketing & Field Promotion (360° Campaigns)
• Design and execute marketing strategies across digital channels (social media growth, paid ads, organic content) and outdoor/OOH field marketing activations.
• Drive targeted campaign strategies to accelerate ticket sales velocity and expand festival reach across target cities.

2. Ticketing Platform Management & Strategic Listings
• Manage event listings, pricing tiers, and inventory distribution on platforms like BookMyShow,



District, and other ticket aggregators.
• Create and run exclusive listing offers, early-bird deals, promo codes, and homepage visibility packages in collaboration with ticketing platform account managers.

3. Event Layout, Seating Strategy & Customer Flow
• Collaborate with production, venue, and design teams to curate event floor plans, stage arrangements, and seating layout structures.
• Structure ticket tiers (VIP, GA, Early Entry, Premium categories) aligned with the physical layout to maximize guest experience and total revenue.

4. Artist Management & Lineup Marketing
• Coordinate with artist management and talent agencies for marketing collateral, lineup announcements, and media approvals.
• Oversee talent marketing assets, promotional videos, and co-branded social media cross-promotions with performing artists and theater troupes.
