Job Overview
We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer with 1-3 years of relevant experience to join our technical sales team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our client-facing sales team and core technical operations. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, conducting engaging product demonstrations, leading technical discussions, and proposing customized solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and backup/disaster recovery domains.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Discovery & Consultation:



Lead initial technical discussions with clients to analyze their IT environment, identify pain points, and define requirements.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct articulate, tailored product and solution demonstrations for prospect key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Solution Architecture & Proposals: Work with technical teams to draft technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales Executives throughout the sales lifecycle to position Techzo’s offerings effectively and address technical objections.
• Proof of Concept (PoC): Assist in scoping and executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed technical solutions for prospective clients.
• Market & Tech Readiness: Stay updated on industry trends across cloud architectures, cyber threat landscapes, and data storage technology to position solutions competitivel
