This is an generalist role , you will closely building an cross- functional teams , taking a strategic initiatives and achieving an outcomes

Your mission : execute most challenging goals , taking part of Business-development initiatives in early stages business

Responsibility

• Identify operational gaps, create processes where necessary, manual, and help make the organization run smoothly
• Translate complex business challenges into structured recommendations and action plans.
• Track key initiatives from ideation through execution and measurable outcomes.




• Take ownership of projects that cut across teams and would otherwise fall between the cracks Help the founders make decisions by getting to the underlying facts quickly

Must Have

• You’re good at figuring things out. ask the right questions, and get to a practical answer without needing a detailed brief
• You care about details. A lot of this job involves noticing things other people miss and following through on them
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and wearing an multiple hats

Qualifications

• Graduate in Bachelors or Maters in business administrations is mostly preferred or Any Degree
• 1- 2 years of experience in startups as a generalist , retail industry is more preferable
