Onni Group is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to deliver Tier-1 technical support across on-site and remote environments. You’ll support users with workstations, devices, cloud platforms, and network systems while maintaining high service standards and a customer-first approach.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, a robust problem-solver, and eager to build a career in IT infrastructure. You’ll work independently and collaboratively, managing user accounts, troubleshooting devices, supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud services, and escalating complex issues appropriately. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, as you’ll interact daily with diverse Canadian and US-based users via phone, email, chat, and in-person support.

Key Responsibilities
User & Account Management
• Create, update, and decommission user accounts
• Manage password resets, lockouts, and account maintenance
• Execute user onboarding and offboarding processes

Device & Hardware Support
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and peripherals




• Configure and support printers, boardroom equipment, and conferencing systems
• Install and maintain IT hardware and software systems
• Coordinate physical setup and relocation of equipment

Cloud & Application Support
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
• Assist with Entra ID, Exchange Online, and SharePoint
• Troubleshoot application installation and configuration issues

Network & Infrastructure Support
• Resolve network connectivity, VPN, and firewall issues
• Support DHCP, DNS, and VoIP phone systems
• Monitor system alerts and respond to outages
• Support building systems (CCTV, access control, automation, digital signage)

Client Care & Documentation
• Respond promptly to incidents via phone, email, chat, or in-person
• Provide professional, friendly customer service
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams per company SOPs
• Document all work accurately in ticketin
