I am hiring for a reputed 30 year old travel company in Kottakkal, Kerala, which is looking for an experienced skilled to build its holiday business from the ground up.
The company is strong in pilgrimage travel. Now it wants a competitive leisure portfolio, and it needs one person to own that from zero to one.
What you will own
• Designing and pricing domestic and international packages, including honeymoon, family, and group tours
• Building itineraries and keeping every offer fresh, competitive, and profitable
• Developing supplier relationships with DMCs, hotels, transport, and airlines, and negotiating the best rates
• Creating packages for school and college tour programs, which the sales team will take to institutions
• Training the sales team to present and sell each package with confidence
• Occasional travel for supplier visits and destination research
What we are looking for
• 6 to 8 years of experience in tour operations or holiday product
• A solid supplier network across India and key international destinations
• Strong skills in costing, negotiation,
and itinerary planning
• Fluent in Malayalam and English, with a good understanding of the Kerala travel market
• A builder who takes ownership, not only someone who runs existing products
