Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist will provide high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, supervising therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and updating clinical documentation in line with professional standards. The role involves guiding junior physiotherapists and support staff, contributing to clinical protocols,



and ensuring consistent, evidence-based practice. The Senior Physiotherapist will also educate patients and families on exercises, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications

• Strong clinical physiotherapy skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning across musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation cases.
• Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and use of electrotherapy or other physiotherapy modalities.
• Experience in designing personalised rehabilitation programs, tracking outcomes, and adjusting plans based on patient response.
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior therapists, collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to clinical best practices.
