Revise Recruitment has partnered with Exemplar Global to recruit an Accounts Officer.

Exemplar Global is an internationally recognised not-for-profit organisation specialising in qualified certification for auditors, technical professionals and training providers. With over 30 years of experience, the organisation supports professionals across more than 100 countries, specialising in areas such as quality management, food safety, environmental management and workplace health and safety.

You'll join a small, established Australian team of 10 employees, with another team based in the United States. With long-serving employees and a welcoming, supportive culture, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while being part of an experienced team.

About The Role

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you'll join a finance team of four, taking responsibility for bank reconciliations,



cash management and accounts payable across the Australian and US operations.

You'll manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records and contribute to regular financial reporting and month-end processes. You'll also provide support across other accounting functions, including when your colleagues are on leave.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, sound accounting knowledge and the ability to manage competing priorities. Working remotely, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation while taking responsibility for delivering accurate and timely financial information.

Working hours are flexible, with 37.5 hours per week worked between 7 am and 7 pm. Due to the Australian and US operations, you’ll also need to be available for an all-company meeting every six weeks, which may start at 7 am or 8 am.
