Role Description The Articled Assistant will support the firm’s audit, accounting, taxation, and compliance activities under the supervision of senior professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in statutory and tax audits, preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, and supporting direct and indirect tax filings. The role also involves working on documentation, vouching, reconciliations,



and basic research on accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. The Articled Assistant will interact with team members and clients to gather information, clarify queries, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. This is an internship role that is on-site and located in Nagpur.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic auditing concepts.
• Candidates should possess skills in taxation fundamentals, including direct and indirect tax concepts, and an interest in compliance and regulatory work.
