Role Description The Academic Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, supporting the smooth delivery of BrightCHAMPS’ academic programs. This role involves coordinating class schedules,



tracking academic performance metrics, and ensuring that curriculum plans are implemented effectively across cohorts. The associate will collaborate with educators and academic leaders to resolve operational issues, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement in teaching and learning processes. Daily responsibilities include data management, reporting, process documentation, and communication with internal stakeholders to maintain high-quality learning experiences. The role also contributes to operational projects and initiatives that enhance efficiency, learner outcomes, and academic standards.
