Role Description This is a remote internship role for an HR Intern (MBA Candidate) at Yuzi. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with HR policy documentation, maintaining employee records, and helping coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.



The role involves researching and drafting HR best practices, supporting personnel management tasks, and contributing to the administration of employee benefits and engagement initiatives. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are aligned with Yuzi’s culture-led values and provide support in organizing virtual HR events, training sessions, and communications. The position offers practical exposure to HR operations within a up-to-date fashion environment, suitable for MBA candidates seeking hands-on experience.

Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR operations.
• Understanding of HR Policies and basic Personnel Management practices to assist in policy development and implementation.
• Awareness of Employee Benefits administration and interest in employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
