We are looking for an experienced Principal Architect with 10–15 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and technical coordination, preferably within F&B;, restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in architectural design, façade development, space planning, technical documentation, and BIM workflows, along with the ability to lead architectural teams and manage multiple projects from concept design through construction documentation.
The role requires strong technical knowledge, design leadership, and experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams, preferably on projects within Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities1. Architectural Design & Development• Lead architectural design and development for F&B; outlets, restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and commercial projects.
• Oversee concept design, schematic design, detailed design, and construction documentation.




• Review and approve architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, façade designs, and construction details.
• Ensure architectural designs meet functional, aesthetic, operational, and client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on building materials, finishes, façade systems, and architectural detailing.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across multiple projects.

2. BIM & Technical Coordination• Oversee architectural BIM modelling and documentation using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Review BIM models, shop drawings, construction drawings, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate architectural designs with MEP and other relevant project disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies, coordination issues, and technical challenges.
