Summary: QA Automation Engineer with strong mobile app testing expertise
and applying AI-assisted testing.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute test cases for mobile apps functional, regression, exploratory).
• Build and maintain mobile automation using Appium (or equivalent).
• Real-device and emulator/simulator testing across Android and iOS.
• Apply AI-assisted testing tools for test generation, maintenance, and analysis.
• Design and maintain evaluation suites for the voice/conversational AI agent — build test utterance sets, define scoring rubrics, run regression evals on model outputs, and track quality metrics (accuracy, relevance, hallucination, fallback handling) across releases.
• Manage defects through the bug life cycle; participate in Agile ceremonies.




• Contribute to web automation using Selenium/Playwright. (Optional)

Must-Have Skills
• Strong manual testing fundamentals (test design, bug life cycle, regression, exploratory).
• Hands-on mobile automation: Appium or equivalent using Java.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI-assisted testing tool.
• Hands-on experience (or demonstrable, project-backed understanding) of AI/LLM evaluation designing rubric-based test sets and regression evals for conversational/voice AI outputs.
• Android/iOS testing fundamentals (real devices + emulators).
• API testing basics (Postman/REST), Git, Agile/Scrum.
• Selenium/Playwright (web automation) — working knowledge.

Good-to-Have: basic SQL knowledge, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), BrowserStack/Firebase/TestFlight.
