As we scale our project portfolio and move deeper into execution, we are hiring a senior HR leader to build the people and organisation capability our growth needs

Key responsibilities
1. Workforce strategy and planning
• Translate business plans and the project pipeline into a forward-looking workforce and capability plan
• Advise leadership on build, buy or partner decisions for critical capabilities
• Run a strategic hiring calendar aligned to business milestones

2. Organisation design
• Design and evolve the organisation structure as the company scales
• Define roles, reporting lines and decision rights across functions, the factory and project sites
• Standardise job architecture, designations and career paths

3. Talent acquisition and leadership hiring
• Lead hiring for senior and critical roles, from role definition to onboarding
• Build employer brand and talent pipelines in solar, renewables,



EPC and manufacturing
• Design onboarding that sets senior hires up to succeed in their first months

4. Performance and reward
• Build and run a goal-setting and performance management system linked to business objectives
• Govern the grading, compensation and reward framework
• Drive a culture of ownership and accountability

5. Talent development and engagement
• Identify high-potential employees and build succession for key roles
• Develop capability programmes for managers and technical staff
• Track engagement and retention, and act on what the data shows

6. HR governance and compliance
• Own HR policy, labour-law compliance and statutory governance across all locations and states
• Oversee HR operations, payroll governance and HR systems
• Partner with legal and finance on employment contracts and people-related risk
