About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead residential and commercial rooftop solar sales across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The role is based in Hyderabad and reports directly to the Directors.

Key requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Solar EPC (rooftop solar)
- Proven record of meeting sales targets and managing a sales team
- Positive knowledge of solar, subsidies, net metering and bank financing
- Fluent in Telugu and English (Hindi a plus)

Responsibilities
- Own sales targets and plans for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, including balance collection
- Manage,



train and set targets for field and inside sales executives
- Plan site visits and drive CRM usage across the team
- Follow up on leads, referrals and closures to convert more deals
- Personally handle commercial sales through site visits, quotations and closures
- Review quotations and approve pricing and discounts on key deals
- Oversee bank loans through to fund release, and confirm funds with Accounts
- Coordinate commissioning and material delivery with Operations and Accounts
- Report sales numbers to the Directors and join the monthly growth review
