Job Description – Senior HR Associate (HR Operations)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior HR Associate – HR Operations to manage employee onboarding, HR documentation, employee master data, payroll support, employee queries, and exit formalities. The role requires robust coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage HR operations across a multi-location workforce.
Key Responsibilities

• Employee Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding, joining formalities, document verification, and HRMS updates.
• Employee Mapping & Master Data: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure correct mapping to stores, departments, locations, and reporting managers.
• HR Documentation: Verify appointment letters and employee documents, ensuring accuracy of designation, compensation, location, joining date, and reporting details.
• Stakeholder & Employee Query Management: Coordinate with employees, HRBPs, Store Managers, Business Teams, and Payroll; resolve queries related to salary, attendance, leave, HRMS,



documentation, and exits.
• Payroll Support: Validate attendance, LOP, leave, deductions, and salary inputs; identify discrepancies and coordinate with Payroll for resolution.
• Exit Management & F&F;: Manage exit formalities, track notice periods and clearances, validate Full & Final settlement inputs, and coordinate relieving and experience letters.
• HR Operations & MIS: Maintain onboarding trackers, employee master data, store mapping, and HR MIS reports. Support HR audits and other operational requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist activities, preferably in retail or a multi-location environment.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and employee data management.
• Basic understanding of PF, ESI, gratuity, leave policies, labour laws, and applicable statutory compliance.
