About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Chief of Staff who has spent at least 4–5 years managing teams, client portfolios, and creative projects within a creative agency or production studio.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how creative agencies operate, knows how to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and can ensure that creative teams consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
You will work closely with the founders to oversee day-to-day operations, manage creative teams,



streamline workflows, and ensure smooth execution across the agency's client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Leadership· Manage and coordinate teams of designers, video editors, motion designers, creative strategists, and project managers.
· Allocate resources and balance workloads across multiple projects.
· Set clear priorities, establish accountability, and track team performance.
· Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve execution challenges.
· Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of creative talent.
· Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams, freelancers, and external partners.

2. Creative Project Management· Oversee the complete lifecycle of creative projects, from brief to final delivery.
· Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, revisions, and deadlines.
