About the Role
As an HR Executive, you will own the complete recruitment lifecycle
while supporting core recruitment across both Capes and Mesmerize.
You will work closely with leadership to identify hiring needs, build talent
pipelines, improve hiring processes, and ensure a positive employee
experience from onboarding through engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Own end-to-end recruitment for both Capes and Mesmerize.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the complete hiring process.
• Hire for creative, marketing, operations, customer support, finance, and leadership roles
• Build sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, Job Hai, Naukri, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for future hiring.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and founders.
• Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments.
• Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.




• Continuously improve hiring quality and reduce time-to-hire.

HR Operations
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage probation reviews and employee confirmations.
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
• Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from joining to exit.
• Support exit interviews and offboarding processes.

Employee Relations
• Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
• Foster a positive, transparent, and team-oriented work culture.
• Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and engagement initiatives.
• Support employee retention and workplace satisfaction.
• Mediate workplace concerns and help resolve conflicts fairly.

Policy Implementation & Compliance
• Ensure company policies, code of conduct, and workplace standards are followed.
