Role Description The Operations Coordinator is a full time, hybrid role based in Kochi, with a blend of onsite coordination and some work-from-home responsibilities. This role involves overseeing daily cleaning schedules, assigning tasks to housekeeping teams,



and ensuring services are delivered on time and to quality standards. The Operations Coordinator tracks bookings, manages customer queries, and coordinates with team leaders to address service issues or rescheduling needs. They maintain records of staff attendance, supplies usage, and service outcomes, and prepare basic reports for management. The role also includes supporting process improvements, reinforcing safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating with leadership to optimize overall operational efficiency.
