Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with hands-on experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and be open to migrating from SSRS to Power BI. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
• Assist in the migration of reporting solutions from SSRS to Power BI.
• Optimize existing reports for performance and usability.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SSRS reports and data-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and reporting.
Mandatory Skills
• Proven experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with Power BI and experience in migrating reports from SSRS to Power BI.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
