Role PurposeWe are looking for a energetic leader to drive the growth of our E-commerce and Digital Commerce business. The role will be responsible for scaling online revenue, increasing app orders, improving customer experience, strengthening technology capabilities, and delivering profitable growth across D2C, Quick Commerce, Marketplace, and Omnichannel channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Revenue• Own the complete E-commerce P&L.;
• Drive online sales growth across App, Website, Quick Commerce, and Marketplaces.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Deliver revenue, margin, and profitability targets.

App & Digital Growth• Increase app installs, customer engagement, and order frequency.
• Improve conversion rates and customer journey across digital platforms.
• Build loyalty,



subscription, and retention programs.
• Drive CRM, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle initiatives.

Technology & Product• Work closely with technology teams to enhance app and website performance.
• Define product roadmap and prioritize digital features.
• Improve UX/UI, checkout experience, search, recommendations, and personalization.
• Leverage analytics, AI, and automation to improve customer experience and business performance.

Quick Commerce & Marketplace• Manage relationships with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, and Flipkart.
• Drive assortment growth, visibility, and sales performance across external platforms.
• Optimize pricing, promotions, and category performance.

Supply Chain & Operations• Ensure inventory availability and forecasting accuracy.
• Improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
• Partner with supply chain and warehouse teams to minimize st
