Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead SDET – Automation with Python to drive quality engineering initiatives and build scalable test automation frameworks.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python-based automation, API testing, UI automation, CI/CD integration, and leading QA automation teams.
The candidate will play a key role in defining test strategies, improving automation coverage, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience in Python Automation.
Experience with automation frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, or Behave.
Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.




Strong experience in API Automation Testing using REST APIs.
Experience with tools such as Postman, Requests, RestAssured (good to have).
Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
4+ years of experience leading automation teams or QA initiatives.
