Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Manager with 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales to partner directly with our Senior Sales Manager. In this role, you will actively generate qualified leads, run tailored product demos for prospective clients, and help manage the end-to-end deal pipeline for the Zeo Product Suite.

Key Responsibilities• Pipeline Generation: Drive outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, cold outreach, and professional networks to identify decision-makers in target industries (Fintech, EdTech, Corporate Services, Real Estate).

• Assisting Sales Leadership:



Work alongside the Senior Sales Manager to prepare proposals, sales collateral, commercial quotes, and client follow-up sequences.

• Discovery & Product Demos: Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer pain points and deliver engaging, value-oriented walk-throughs of the Zeo platforms.

• Chance Qualification: Qualify inbound inquiries and outbound leads through defined B2B sales criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).

• Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records of leads, interactions, and opportunity stages within our internal CRM system.

• Account Relationship Management: Build rapport with prospects during trials and proofs-of-concept (POC) to ensure high demo-to-close conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications• 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS business development, SDR/BDR, or inside sales roles.
