Role Description This is a full-time, on-site STEM Trainer role based in Udupi. The STEM Trainer will deliver engaging, hands-on lessons and activities in school STEM labs, guiding students through concepts in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The role involves preparing lesson plans and project-based modules, demonstrating experiments and tools, and ensuring safe,
effective use of lab equipment. The trainer will collaborate with school staff to align STEM sessions with curriculum goals, monitor student progress, and provide regular feedback. Additional responsibilities include supporting lab setup and maintenance, documenting sessions, participating in training and upskilling programs, and contributing ideas to improve STEM content and teaching methods.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), with the ability to explain complex concepts in straightforward, practical ways.
• Experience in classroom instruction, facilitation, or training, preferably with school-age learners and in a lab or hands-on learning environment.
• Ability to design and deliver interactive, project-based lessons and activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving.
