About the Role
We're looking for a creative, sharp and digitally savvy Video Editor who understands what makes people stop scrolling.
At Boost, we work with brands across education, healthcare, wellness and other sectors. We're looking for someone who can turn raw footage, interviews and ideas into engaging, polished content for social media and digital campaigns.
What you'll do
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social ads and other short-form videos.
• Transform footage into compelling, fast-paced content with solid hooks and storytelling.
• Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, music and transitions where they genuinely improve the video.
• Repurpose long-form recordings into multiple short-form assets.
• Work with our content and design teams to develop creative video formats.
• Experiment with AI-powered editing tools to improve creativity and production efficiency.
What we're looking for
• Strong command of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve,
CapCut or similar editing tools.
• A good understanding of Instagram and YouTube content trends, pacing and audience retention.
• An eye for visual storytelling, typography, composition and sound.
• Ability to work independently, take feedback and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with After Effects and AI video tools is a plus.
Experience:
Ideally 1–3 years, but a strong portfolio matters more than years of experience.
