Technical Operations Lead – D1 Guard App

Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Operations Lead to manage the D1 Guard App, monitor guard attendance, coordinate with site teams, and resolve operational or technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily use of the D1 Guard App.
* Monitor guard attendance, check-ins, and site updates.
* Follow up on missing or incorrect reports.
* Coordinate with guards, supervisors, management, and developers.
* Track and escalate app issues.
* Prepare daily and weekly attendance and MIS reports.
* Train users and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

* Graduate or diploma holder in IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
* 0–3 years of experience in app support, MIS,



technical operations, or field coordination.
* Proficiency in mobile apps, Excel, and Google Sheets.
* Strong communication, follow-up, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.
* Experience with attendance or workforce-management systems is preferred.

KPIs

* Daily attendance monitoring for all deployed guards.
* Timely follow-up on missing updates.
* Accurate reports and issue tracking.
* Prompt escalation of critical problems.
* Completion of assigned tasks within deadlines.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and capability.
